To explain the amount of things I had wrong with my car would take all day. So let me explain this way. My car had numerous issues and passing inspection was impossible. I went to the dealer and he quietly recommended (under his breath) to take my car to Pronto. The prices at the dealership for repairs were astronomical $$$$$. I researched the car's problems and was well informed on the amount of cost and amount of repair my car was going to need. Not only did Pronto properly diagnosed the car problems without me telling them what was wrong but they priced better than I had researched. WOW !!!!! And they hit all repairs right on the head. No drama, no extras, No $4000.00 repair bill !!!! A miracle!
The dealership wanted $1000.00 to fix the broken engine mounts. $250.00 at Pronto. Need I say more.?

I wish I could find this type of service and competence and consideration in any other kind of business. These guys are very very good at what they do and very very honest and considerate. I had an old car towed in with a right front wheel lower strut tower support bolts sheared off. They fixed it fast and for way less than I expected and took care of problems that we didn't even know we had! Good Christians and very good at what they do. I'd trust these guys to do anything for me without even getting an estimate. I am a 63 year old engineer and will never go anywhere else. Give them a try and you will be very happy. They won't waste your money and are completely honest and fair. If you are even close to the DFW area, go see them!

Good honest American mechanics. Great service, dependable job, and the lowest prices in DFW. If you want to have a good and dependable mechanic in your address book, add the guys at Pronto Muffler.

Took my chevy suburban in for a noise near the muffler that the dealer wanted to sale me a new muffler, which turned out to be a crack heat shield. Pronto re-welded the heat shield for minimal cost, and save me hundreds of dollars. Good honest people and quality work!

Took my truck after going to midas for new cats . They re- welded the bad job that midas did and fixed the leaks for free and just asked for me to think of them next time I get work done. midas sucks baaadddd. Pronto is the best, thanks

I went in March 09 to have my brakes replaced. They told me the brakes were still in great shape and I didnt need them for several more months. just went back Sept. and still told I had 30 percent on front and 90 on rear. A few honest places do exist.

I don't know about the service a few years ago but I went 2 times recently and they were very honest. The first car I took needed a converter, it was on in less than an hour.

Honest Shop. The guys know their stuff here, and they don't take advantage of their customer's lack of knowledge. The dealership wanted $2400.00 for the work they did for $750.00 and they offered a better warranty. While they were under the car they noted the CV joint boots were torn. They recommended a good shop to have this taken care of.

Fast service and okay price but can be ignorant with modern performance cars. They are careful and have planks to ease the incline if your car needs it.  I went in to get a resonator welded on and they charged me 50 bucks for it. There is a lifetime warranty on the welds as long as you keep your receipt. The welds aren't that great looking but it should suffice.

Love them!!! My car was making some awful rattling noises from the underbelly. Turns out the pipe broke at a point near my muffer. Price quote was fabulous (as was their coffee:). Was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend!!!
